In June of 2007, Unitel Productions purchased the film/tv adaptation rights to Arnold Arre's graphic novel "Ang Mundo Ni Andong Agimat". Here is where we'll be chronicling Andong's journey from bookpaper to the big screen.

Ang Mundo ni Andong Agimat (or "The World of Andong Agimat") is a graphic novel written and illustrated by Filipino comic creator Arnold Arre. It was published by the author under his own Tala Comics Publishing in April 2006.
The world of Andong Agimat is inhabited by superheroes without the cultural trappings of American comics. Superheroes steeped in mythology but sharpened by the dirty grey tabloid world. Superheroes that are different and yet familiar. New and yet remembered. (paraphrased from Prof. Emil Flores' foreword)

Astig. Andong on the big screen! Cast in Aubrey Miles as Satina and Lovi Poe as Silang! :P
i think aubrey would do great as Satina, but Lovi as Silang? Maybe someone better...
I think Cesar Montano will be Andong agimat. Ah can't wait to watch it on screen. This must be a blockbuster! Mr. Arre, I believe that you have to do the sequel of your first work! keep it up sir!
